h1. Definition of Done
A task can be moved to *Closed* when:
# The change is merged and deployed to staging.
# Automated tests cover the new behavior.
# QA verified the result on staging.
# Documentation and release notes are updated.
# The product owner accepted the result.
Bugs additionally need a regression test.
* Update 2026-06-06: Needs clarification from the client, asked in the shared channel.
* Update 2026-06-07: Moved to the next sprint because of higher priority hotfixes.
* Update 2026-07-23: Moved to the next sprint because of higher priority hotfixes.
* Update 2026-09-03: Estimate increased because of the additional edge cases.
