Definition of Done¶
A task can be moved to Closed when:
- The change is merged and deployed to staging.
- Automated tests cover the new behavior.
- QA verified the result on staging.
- Documentation and release notes are updated.
- The product owner accepted the result.
Bugs additionally need a regression test.
- Update 2026-06-06: Needs clarification from the client, asked in the shared channel.
- Update 2026-06-07: Moved to the next sprint because of higher priority hotfixes.
- Update 2026-07-23: Moved to the next sprint because of higher priority hotfixes.
- Update 2026-09-03: Estimate increased because of the additional edge cases.
