Definition of Done¶
A task can be moved to Closed when:
- The change is merged and deployed to staging.
- Automated tests cover the new behavior.
- QA verified the result on staging.
- Documentation and release notes are updated.
- The product owner accepted the result.
Bugs additionally need a regression test.
- Update 2026-05-24: Moved to the next sprint because of higher priority hotfixes.
- Update 2026-06-17: Started working on it, will post an update after the first run.
- Update 2026-06-20: Started working on it, will post an update after the first run.
- Update 2026-08-22: Moved to the next sprint because of higher priority hotfixes.
