Communication

  1. Status updates go into the task comments, not into private messages.
  2. Blockers are reported in the team channel within one hour.
  3. Meetings have an agenda and finish with written decisions in Meeting_notes.

Code and reviews

  • Every change is reviewed by at least one other team member.
  • Pull requests are small: one task, one pull request.
  • The main branch is always deployable.

Working hours

Core hours are 11:00 - 16:00 in the team's time zone. Outside of them people are not expected to answer.

  • Update 2026-05-30: Moved to the next sprint because of higher priority hotfixes.
  • Update 2026-06-22: Tested locally and on staging, all green.
  • Update 2026-07-09: Tested locally and on staging, all green.
  • Update 2026-08-01: Tested locally and on staging, all green.
