Working agreements¶
Communication¶
- Status updates go into the task comments, not into private messages.
- Blockers are reported in the team channel within one hour.
- Meetings have an agenda and finish with written decisions in Meeting_notes.
Code and reviews¶
- Every change is reviewed by at least one other team member.
- Pull requests are small: one task, one pull request.
- The main branch is always deployable.
Working hours¶
Core hours are 11:00 - 16:00 in the team's time zone. Outside of them people are not expected to answer.
- Update 2026-05-26: Blocked by the pending review, pinging the reviewer.
- Update 2026-06-08: Merged to main, will be included in the next release.
- Update 2026-06-23: Blocked by the pending review, pinging the reviewer.
- Update 2026-08-21: Found one more case, added a test for it.
