Release process¶
Schedule¶
Planned releases are listed in the Roadmap tab. Hotfixes can go out any weekday before 16:00.
Steps¶
- Freeze the scope: only fixes after the release candidate.
- QA runs the regression suite on the release candidate.
- DevOps deploys with the blue-green pipeline.
- Monitor error rate and latency for 30 minutes.
- Publish the release notes and close the version.
Rollback¶
Switch the traffic back to the previous environment; database migrations are written to be backward compatible for one release.
- Update 2026-06-05: Pushed a fix, please check on staging.
- Update 2026-06-08: Moved to the next sprint because of higher priority hotfixes.
- Update 2026-06-15: Pushed a fix, please check on staging.
- Update 2026-06-20: Started working on it, will post an update after the first run.
